Stingray Boats in Hartsville, SC is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and documents. You will operate a forklift, enter records, and prepare bills of lading, labels, and packing lists.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and documents.
• Operate forklift to load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Enter and maintain shipping/receiving records in company systems.
• Prepare bills of lading, labels, packing lists, and other required documentation.
• Package, label, and stage materials for shipment to customers, vendors, and other facilities.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage, organization, and cycle counting.
• Monitor and replenish shipping supplies and materials as needed.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
