The role involves moving pallets, executing accurate transactions, and assisting in blending operations on a 12-hour DAY shift with rotating weekends. Candidates should have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and a stable manufacturing background; must be able to lift 56 pounds, operate forklifts, and pass a physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Stable work history in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move completed pallets of parts using forklift/pallet movers.
• Perform accurate transactions of product movement between locations and jobs.
• Issue parts to jobs needing secondary parts and complete finished goods transactions.
• Actively maintain lean/5S processes on the production floor.
• Restock materials in the MDG with consumables and manage supplies.
• Operate the blending room and diagnose basic blending equipment issues.
• Complete job changes using Intralox systems and report concerns via work orders.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working practices on the shift.
