Job summary

PM Mold Company, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support injection molding operations. You will move materials, prepare the press, and ensure timely supply of raw and packaging materials to keep the production line running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy while following safety rules. Forklift experience is preferred and good attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math skills required
• Must be able to read, write & speak English
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred
• Excellent attendance mandatory
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations
• Prepare equipment and presses for runs; clean and set up as instructed
• Move materials and manage documentation per work orders
• Perform color changes and monitor material levels as needed
• Assist maintenance with material flow issues and line troubleshooting
• Maintain housekeeping and complete required paperwork

Responsibilities

• Move materials from inventory per Work Order
• Prepare and clean equipment and presses for runs
• Set loaders to achieve proper regrind ratio
• Deliver raw and packaging materials to the press
• Document line clearances and start-up checks
• Return unused materials to warehouse after production
• Move finished goods to warehouse after Quality approval
• Complete necessary documentation when job is finished
• Perform color changes per work instructions
• Monitor hoppers and dryers for material levels
• Support troubleshooting of material flow issues
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
