Job summary

You will manage inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and verify receipts while supporting leadership with audits and cross-zone collaboration.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement, coach junior staff, and help implement standard work, 5S, and PDCA methodologies across the Materials Zone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months of material handling experience or similar.
• Ability to train and coach associates on standardized work and safety.
• Familiarity with ISO and Leader Standard Work (LSW) concepts.
• Strong organization skills for inventory and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures.
• Train associates on proper preparation of work and component picking.
• Maintain inventory by monitoring stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
• Keep equipment operational through preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Support leadership with location audits and material transactions.
• Assist in daily execution tasks including picking, locating, and handling materials.
• Develop and document skills and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using PDCA and 5S standards.
