Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with shop personnel to ensure timely service and prevent machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
• Document machine parts usage and ordering.
• Stock shelves and cabinets with incoming parts.
• Clean and organize stock room.
• Manage fixtures, tags, and revisions.
• Assign and check in/out equipment to employees (borescopes, indicators, toolboxes).
• Order supplies through the web utility.
• Assist Receiving with paperwork and discrepancies.
• Receive, store, and issue consumables to employees.
• Gauging calibration management.
• Scan paperwork to electronic archives as needed.
• Package and ship hardware per customer or internal instructions.
• Manage deliveries and receipt of materials.
• Incoming inspection of hardware.
• Facilitate movement of hardware to areas.
