This entry-level position requires no prior experience, and candidates will receive on-the-job training, including certification opportunities. Responsibilities include testing and sampling construction materials, conducting routine field tests, and maintaining communication with site contractors. Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willing to develop an understanding of heavy construction safety, practices, and procedures.
• Willing to obtain knowledge of CMT principles and applications, leading to certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of materials on construction sites.
• Execute tasks based on project requirements under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Perform routine field and laboratory tests for soils, aggregates, and concrete.
• Assist with drafting and administrative duties as requested.

Skills

Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Ability to work effectively with contractors, peers, and supervisors
