Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of metallurgy/NDt experience.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Tear down assemblies and perform dimensional and metallurgical evaluations.
• Coordinate testing for purchased, field return, and development materials.
• Develop testing plans with engineers for each part.
• Investigate failure causes and document findings.
• Provide technical support for production quality.
