Charter Steel is offering a full-time Materials Engineering Rotational Program for recent graduates. You will rotate through Melt Shop, Rolling Mill, Processing Plant or Technical Services, gaining practical exposure across departments and accelerating professional growth.

You will learn to apply metallurgical theories to operations, analyze process changes, collect quality data, and participate in Six Sigma and problem-solving teams. Travel may be required.
