Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials Engineering.
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of silicon processing techniques and microelectronics packaging.
  • Strong laboratory, analytical, technical problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with ion polishing, particle manipulation, and dimensional or morphological measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze electronic and semiconductor materials to support product development and manufacturing.
  • Conduct laboratory testing using optical microscopy, SEM, X-ray imaging, decapsulation, cross-sectioning, and BGA analysis.
  • Interpret technical data and provide recommendations on materials, product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with onsite engineering teams and global vendors.
  • Perform laboratory activities in accordance with chemical hygiene and radiation safety requirements.
