Job summary

Envista Forensics LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a motivated Materials Engineering student for a summer internship. You will gain exposure to forensic and consulting engineering, including research, site inspections, report writing, and milestone projects.

Coaching and mentorship are provided by Team Leads. This paid internship runs May 2027 to August 2027, with potential to transition to a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Materials Science or related engineering degree (3rd/4th/4th year).
• Strong interest in forensic and consulting engineering.
• Preference for Master's candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical research on ongoing cases.
• Assist with site inspections and documentation of evidence.
• Support report writing with investigative findings and data.
• Travel to required locations for inspections.
• Assist with data collection and project setup.
• Support consultants with marketing and case-related tasks.
