Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Procurement/Administrative Support role based in Clayville, NY. You will assist multiple supply chain functions, handle procurement tasks and stockroom replenishment, and relay purchase orders to suppliers.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong attendance, and good communication. It is a 3x12 shift with site commuting as part of a blended work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attendance and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to wear respirator if required and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to supply chain areas including materials and distribution.
• Perform procurement activities under limited supervision.
• Support activities to maintain and replenish stockroom supplies.
• Communicate PO changes to suppliers and create POs as directed.
• Handle various clerical duties as needed.
