Job summary

This full-time role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to transform laboratory innovations into scalable production solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in areas of high temperature ceramics and materials integration.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in developing ceramic materials for complex systems.
  • Strong foundation in ceramic materials science including phase diagrams and mechanical properties.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced ceramic processing techniques.

  • Develop high temperature films, coatings, and seals for electrolyzer platforms.
  • Conduct simulations and evaluate material performance under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure materials meet performance metrics.
