Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Materials, Chemistry, Product Development, Manufacturing, Industrial Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years directly applicable work experience.
• High communication and influencing skills to interact with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials creation, sourcing, costing, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Convert briefs from 2D design renderings into 3D samples balancing athlete needs and business needs.
• Ensure projects meet critical dates, design intent, quality and performance standards, and margin targets.
