The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean three-year MVR, knowledge of DOT regulations, and a high school diploma or GED. You will inspect equipment, adhere to safety rules, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck and trailer for defects to ensure safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom trucks and unload at sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report accidents involving driver or equipment.
• Lift heavy materials up to 80 lbs for loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
