Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to load, transport and deliver materials to customer sites. The role requires safe, on-time deliveries, accurate invoicing checks and professional customer service.

Non-CDL drivers weigh 10,001-26,000 pounds and must follow all safety and regulatory requirements. As a BFS driver you will inspect vehicles, log duties, and may operate forklifts or related handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass MVR report and obtain a DOT medical card within five days of request.
• Ability to read and speak English; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products inside the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver orders to customer sites and unload materials safely.
• Maintain delivery logs, verify order details and mileage.
• Serve as a customer service liaison and address concerns.
• Operate a forklift or manual handling equipment as needed and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to DVIR/HOS requirements and participate in safety meetings.
