Job summary

Ohio Gratings is seeking a Cycle Count & Stock Control Analyst to join a values-driven team. You will ensure accurate inventory records in Epicor, perform routine cycle counts, and reconcile physical counts with system data to maintain dependable lead times and stock levels.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience; ERP/RF familiarity and Epicor knowledge are a plus. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork across plant areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant cycle count/inventory experience.
• Prior ERP/RF familiarity; Epicor experience is beneficial.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory data and reconcile physical counts with Epicor quantities.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory reduction.
• Document inventory activity in ERP/RF systems with accuracy.
• Identify trends and root causes of discrepancies; recommend corrective actions.
• Report discrepancies and track KPI outcomes with leadership.
