Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Data Coordinator in Houston, Texas, to support a high-volume materials and inventory environment. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining material and equipment data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness across databases.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Data Coordinator to support a high-volume materials and inventory environment. This role will focus on entering, updating, and maintaining material / equipment data in SAP. The coordinator will be helping alleviate backlog created by increased project demand and large-scale inventory initiatives. Daily responsibilities include:

• Enter and update material, equipment, and inspection data into SAP


• Support QA/QC efforts on work orders, including reviewing functional locations and updating notes


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across SAP databases


• Assist with materials processing workflows, including inspection tracking and documentation


• Partner with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness


• Provide data entry support to multiple team members (materials, inventory, and project teams)


• Support reporting initiatives and dashboards
