Job Description:

Materials Cycle Counter, 1st Shift – Moorpark, CA

We have an opportunity for a Materials Cycle Counter to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. Performs line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.

You will:

• Perform daily cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessary.
• Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures.
• Report the inventory accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reporting.
• Perform random location audits per defined criteria processing inventory that is excess, obsolete, or scrap.
• Coordinate the annual physical inventory procedures.
• Willingly look for and share ideas in the development of enhancing current methods and procedures within the department and in complimentary departments.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP required.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift
• Steel-toed footwear required.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $23-$24/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift, 6am-2:40pm
• OT and weekends as needed
