Job summary

Crenlo is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Watertown, SD to ensure accurate warehouse transactions from receiving through cycle counts and other inventory controls. The role collaborates with warehouse, receiving, purchasing and support functions to maintain high quality material data.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Materials experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP computer systems.
• Forklift certification training provided.

Responsibilities

• Resolving receiving discrepancies with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Coordinating resolution on material reports and transactions (closed jobs, NCMR/debit tracker).
• Cycle Count reporting and entry.
• Communication with trucking companies on scheduling and issues.
• Supporting indirect receiving transactions.
• Materials picklist issuing and process coordination.
• Receiving jobs on the production floor.
