Job summary

SLB is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support inventory integrity and material availability across warehouse and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on executing receiving, storage, transfers, and cycle counts within SAP/WMS, while resolving discrepancies and ensuring quality compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years in warehouse or inventory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials coordination.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or WMS.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock transactions and warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute material receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, cycle counting, and scrap transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse transactions in SAP and WMS.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate material availability with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Analyze inventory performance and support initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Facilitate material movements while ensuring compliance with documentation and quality requirements.
• Provide system and process support for inventory and warehouse operations.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kitting, and Kanban.
• Adhere to inventory control standards, warehouse procedures, and audit requirements.
