Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Novi, MI to support the shop floor and manage materials flow. This on-site role requires strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset while handling inventory and production materials.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour. You will receive training on ERP/MRP processes and gain hands-on experience in cycle counts, audits, and inventory transactions to keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Experience with general warehousing and shop floor control processes.
• Proficiency in performing inventory transactions and understanding material flow.
• Skilled in using material handling equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred).
• Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems for inventory and transaction logging.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming goods and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Transfer materials into secondary storage locations using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
• Pick materials for production, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies or inventory issues promptly.
