Materials Coordinator I - 2nd Shift (NovelCath)

Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for inventory control, job order material usage reconciliation, job closings, and inventory reconciliation. Will coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure the inventory is accurate and appropriate to meet demands. Will perform duties within the production and inventory control department as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review jobs requiring materials via the ERP system
  • Issue materials to assigned jobs physically and in ERP system
  • Return materials from completed jobs physically and in ERP system
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory as required
  • Communicate any material shortages to appropriate departments as needed
  • Receive incoming materials and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Assist with packing & shipping, clean room kitting and warehouse operations
  • Ensure materials are stocked in the appropriate quantities to support production
  • Maintain and monitor manual or computerized inventory control system for raw materials, tooling, consumables, and finished stock

Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience: 1 year manufacturing, shipping or material handling
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Shift Hours: 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday
