Job summary

Rowe Casa Organics is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage material transfers to the production floor, measure ingredients, and maintain inventory levels. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and teamwork to ensure timely restocking for each shift.

Essential oils blending may be required. Candidates should be able to pass drug screening and background checks, and should have experience in production or inventory roles within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative duties.
• Minimum 2 years of production or inventory experience.
• Proficient with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking; able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the measurement and distribution of ingredients to each production team twice daily.
• Ensures ingredients follow the Rowe Casa recipes and are inspected by the Quality department.
• Counts and monitors required/set levels of all ingredients at the assigned facility.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Receiving to stock materials for next day's production in a timely manner.
• Verifies and communicates pick list quantities to warehouse team.
• Assist the production team when additional ingredients are needed throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Note trends in material movements and work to increase efficiencies.
• Blends and maintains Essential Oils as needed.
• Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Job Summary:

The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all material transfers to the
production floor. They will achieve this by measuring and distributing ingredients and
components to all production teams per the daily recipes after QC checks verify. They will be
responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the assigned facility and
coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure ingredients are picked/ restocked for the next
day/shift. Essential Oil blending will be done by the Materials Coordinator. This position requires
a team player, being detail oriented, organized, and an overall servant attitude.
