Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Leetsdale, PA. You will receive, package, and locate incoming spare parts, coordinate emergency shipments, and safely operate material handling equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of handling experience, forklift certification (or achievable soon), and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, package, and locate for storage all incoming spare parts, placing on shelves or in drawers, retrieving items for shipping, package and prepare materials for shipment.
• Schedule and coordinate emergency shipments via same-day courier resources. Able to respond 24-7-365 via phone, cell or in person, if necessary.
• Safely operate plant material handling equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years previous material handling experience preferred
• Physically lift and move awkward and/or heavy parts and packages up to 50 lbs. in weight
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• SAP experience is a plus
• A reliable and collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire
