Job summary

Venturi Supply is expanding its team and seeks a Material Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of materials across the supply chain. You will track, receive, store, and distribute materials in alignment with production needs, coordinating with vendors and warehouse staff.

Based in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, you will manage MTR documents, maintain ERP-linked records, and support other clerical tasks in dispatch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in material handling or inventory coordination.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Team-oriented and collaborative under pressure.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of materials; track, receive, store and distribute per needs.
• Monitor MTR documents and process incoming MTRs.
• Organize MTR documents and link to inventory records in ERP.
• Respond to requests for MTR paperwork with accurate docs.
• Assist dispatch office with clerical tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Overview

The Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain. This role ensures that materials are accurately tracked, received, stored, and distributed in alignment with production and operational needs. The Material Coordinator works closely with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Respond to e-mailed requests for MTR To monitor and track material documentation to ensure inventory is properly recorded Essential Functions.

• Assist fellow associates in other clerical tasks in the dispatch office paperwork with accurate documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, an associate’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal].
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detailed-oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
