Job summary

Venturi Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and safely, transport items, and stock inventory to support reliable order fulfillment.

You will conduct quality inspections, follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily deadlines and customer needs. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles.
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory procedures.
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
• Processes all packages for shipping and returns.
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and follows safety guidelines.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate picks, packs, and ships supplies and materials to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials.

Responsibilities

• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator.
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
• Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise.
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal].
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling, enduring frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
