HindlePower, Inc. seeks a Materials Coordinator to ensure the right materials are available when needed across manufacturing and system workflows. You’ll manage purchase orders, receipts, and ERP transactions in M2M, while collaborating with production to stage materials and keep the build schedule on track.
This on-site role emphasizes hands-on inventory control, meticulous data entry, and timely communication with suppliers and internal teams to support safe, efficient operations.
HindlePower has been designing and manufacturing industrial battery chargers and DC power systems for the utility industry for over 35 years. Our products serve power generation and distribution, substations, switchgear OEMs, oil and gas, and transportation maintenance facilities. We are the leader in our industry, with customers in all 50 states and around the world.
As a Materials Coordinator, you'll make sure the right material is in the right place at the right time. It's a role that lives in two worlds: the system side, where you're managing purchase orders and inventory transactions, and the floor side, where you're receiving, staging, and getting parts to the people building product. If you like a job where you're not stuck at a desk all day, this is that job.
Supply chain is growing here, and this seat sits at the front of it. As the business scales, so do the roles above this one. We promote from within whenever we can, and the people who move up here are usually the ones who understood the material flow well enough to see problems coming before anyone else did.
Our commitment to quality is evident in our highly skilled colleagues and our exceptional approach to customer service. We believe in rewarding hard work and offering competitive compensation, comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits, along with a 401k plan that includes employer matching and a gain-sharing program.
