ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Drilling Materials Coordinator to support the WNS and Kuparuk rigs in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. You will coordinate all drilling materials to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations in a remote Arctic environment.

You’ll work closely with drilling teams and warehouse staff, applying experience in drilling materials management, inventory reconciliation, and tools handling to maintain stock accuracy and on-site readiness.

Competenze

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• NSTC safety training certification
• Ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 rotation
• At least three years of experience as a Materials Technician with drilling materials background
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to pass a Fit-for-Duty Exam and background check
• Ability to obtain and maintain an access badge for the work location
• Physical ability to work in a remote arctic environment

This role ensures the timely, safe, and efficient coordination of all drilling materials, working closely with drilling teams and warehouse personnel. Ideal candidates are experienced in drilling materials management and thrive in remote, arctic environments with a strong safety culture.

What You’ll Need

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification
• Ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 rotation
• At least three years of experience as a Materials Technician with a strong background in drilling materials, drilling tools, wellhead, tubular identification, and inventory reconciliation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (urinalysis and hair testing)
• Ability to pass a Fit-for-Duty Exam and background check
• Ability to obtain and maintain an access badge for the work location
• Physical ability to work in a remote arctic environment

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Five or more years of experience as a Materials Tech in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry, especially on the North Slope or in arctic environments
• Experience with SAP for ordering, managing, receiving, issuing, and inventorying materials, especially with MM and PM Modules
• Proficiency in working with Networks and PM Orders
