Job summary

Bock-Water-Heaters is seeking a Materials Control Shipper/Receiver to manage shipping, receiving, and material flow in a busy warehouse environment.

The role includes preparing shipments, verifying receipts, data entry into TCM software, and maintaining 5S standards while supporting daily production. CDL or certification may be required for yard operations; candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience in receiving, production, or shipping operations.
• Forklift certification required (provided onsite; valid driver’s license required).
• CDL Class A preferred or obtainable after employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Pick and prepare LTL shipments and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips to purchase orders.
• Enter received inventory into TCM warehouse software and verify data accuracy.
• Stock warehouse shelves and maintain inventory organization.
• Operate forklift and move trailers as needed (CDL required for yard tractor).
