Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Ridgeland, MS is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate to perform care, custody and control of materials supporting field activities. You will handle shipments, receiving, inventory, and equipment like forklifts, while ensuring accuracy and safety compliance.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime as needed. You will collaborate with management to maintain efficient warehouse operations and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dusty/noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare daily shipments, including orders and freight paperwork.
• Palletize and wrap skids, deliver orders to shipping area or disciplines.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Inspect items for damage, identify shortages or mis-shipments.
• Maintain inventory, restock, and document discrepancies.
• Complete shipping/receiving documents accurately and on time.
• Operate forklift and related equipment when required.
