Job summary

BorgWarner in Seneca, SC is seeking a PC&L Associate to load and unload materials, enter transactions in SAP, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced plant setting.

You'll follow FIFO, support 5S/housekeeping, and maintain accurate material flow through storage and production areas. Requires a high school diploma and forklift experience; certification preferred. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 months of Powered Industrial Truck experience required.
• Active forklift certification license preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials to/from production lines and storage areas.
• Enter materials transactions into SAP and other systems.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely with certification.
• Support 5S and housekeeping activities as required.
• Adhere to FIFO standards in all storage and material flow points.
• Meet KPI targets and follow safety protocols.

Position SummaryThe PC&L Associate is responsible for loading and unloading materials to and from production lines, storage areas, and trailers. The operator is responsible for following the job responsibilities within the plant and/or warehouse while operating in a fast-paced environment:Loads product, unloads product, receives product, ship’s product, moves materials at elevated heights, and issues material using system transactions.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
