Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a Materials Associate to join the Supply Chain team. You will help process shipping and receiving, prepare finished stock for shipment, and support accurate inventory.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, pull orders, stage finished product, and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth production and distribution. The role emphasizes detail, adaptability, and customer service as Anduril builds one of the city’s largest manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years as a warehouse associate or equivalent.
Forklift experience (licensed) preferred.
Familiar with ERP systems and/or other warehouse management tooling.
Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tooling.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and valid driver’s license.
U.S. Person status is required for export controlled data.

Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving at the Ashville, OH location.
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
Ensure orderly production and distribution by pulling orders, delivering materials, and staging finished product.
Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy as a top priority.
Maintain inventory by labeling and tracking materials, recording locations, and reporting shortages.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.
