Job summary

FXI is seeking an on-site Logistics/Operations Associate in Santa Teresa, NM to support shipping and scheduling tasks. You will enter weekly releases into SAP, maintain ship schedules, and distribute orders daily to scheduling and shipping teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and strong written English. You will collaborate with Customer Service and QA to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer weekly releases into SAP.

• Review sales orders with CSRs for carryovers and past due items.
• Review open orders and delivery reports to close orders with minimal quantities.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer weekly releases into SAP
• Create all customer pulls ona daily basis
• Create and maintain ship schedule daily
• Distribute all customer orders to scheduling and shipping on a daily basis
• Filing of all shipping documents
• Assist customer service with customer e-mails to obtain information on releases and pulls and customer freight information, etc.
• Reviewing sales orders with CSRs to determine carryovers, past dues to customer
• Reviewing open order and open delivery reports to close orders with minimal quantities (1 thru 50 lys)
• Back up for billing scrap orders
• Work on special projects/assignments ad needed
• Follow safety protocols.
• Communicates with supervisor when non-conforming product.
• Stops production to correct quality problems.
• Environmental aspect and impact awareness.
• Report any inconsistency or nonconformance on the product and participate in the corrective/preventive actions process

Qualifiations:
