Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dispensing, stenciling, pick and place, and other automation equipment.
• Background in polymer composites or engineering relevant to materials application.
• Ability to travel globally to customer sites for material application.
• Experience developing new testing methodologies and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with developmental scientists to test and provide feedback on the application of new materials
• Recommend automated solutions to customers based on requirements
• Develop new testing methodologies, establish material specifications, and optimize how materials would be applied at the factory
• Work with and establish close partnerships with equipment manufacturers
