Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Packaging, or a related field.
• Exposure to organic coatings, sealants, or similar materials.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, quality troubleshooting, or material performance improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for metals, coatings, and sealants across multiple plants.
• Collaborate with plant teams to resolve material performance issues and customer complaints.
• Lead material-related projects, including trials, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare test materials and finished containers for quality and compliance.
• Track supplier issues and ongoing technical projects.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers to address material improvements.
• Support cross-site troubleshooting and optimization of material application processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop reports and document findings with technical recommendations.
