Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions of Southern Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, receiving, inventory, and movement of materials for bathroom remodeling projects. Training on products, suppliers, and ordering systems will be provided.

The role supports installation teams, ensuring materials are ready for scheduled jobs, with a focus on organization and timely execution at our York office and local storage facility.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
• Comfortable performing both administrative and physical tasks.
• Able to lift and move construction materials safely, using assistance or equipment when appropriate.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Order project materials from established suppliers using company-provided ordering systems and project specifications.
• Receive packages, freight, and material deliveries at our York office.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and missing items.
• Track outstanding orders and follow up with suppliers regarding shipping, delivery dates, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Transport materials between our office, storage facility, and local suppliers using your vehicle or company-provided transportation as needed.
• Organize and maintain our storage facility, including labeling, inventory, and staging materials for upcoming installations.
• Coordinate with our Production Manager to ensure materials are ready for scheduled installations.

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage the purchasing, receiving, inventory, and movement of materials used in our bathroom remodeling projects. We provide training on our products, suppliers, and ordering systems. You don't need to be a bathroom remodeling expert. We're looking for someone who takes pride in being organized, dependable, and getting things done right.
