BEPC Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a proactive Materials Planning Analyst to support manufacturing operations onsite.

The role requires 3+ years of planning experience, strong SAP knowledge, and advanced analytical skills to monitor material availability and resolve shortages. You will collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams, develop dashboards and reports, and coordinate material availability to meet production schedules and customer requirements

• Hands-on SAP and MRP/ERP systems experience.
• Strong Excel, Access, and Power BI skills.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and prioritization.
• Associate degree or two-year degree required.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Background in manufacturing supply chain, inventory control, or production planning.
• Experience creating dashboards and shortage trackers.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze material availability, inventory levels, shortages, and supply risks.
• Investigate and resolve material issues caused by disruptions, discrepancies, or demand changes.
• Monitor shortage reports, open orders, and past-due materials.
• Collaborate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams.
• Escalate critical material shortages with clear recommendations and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers to improve material visibility.
• Support material planning, intercompany purchasing, production planning, and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate material availability to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance.
• Manage competing priorities and execute time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

BEPC is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Materials Planning Analyst to support our client's manufacturing operations in Clearwater, FL.

This position is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of manufacturing materials planning experience, strong SAP knowledge, and advanced analytical skills.

you'll monitor material availability, resolve shortages, manage inventory risks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production has the materials needed to meet customer demand.

• Hands-on experience with SAP and MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of material availability, inventory management, and shortage resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.

• Associate degree or other relevant two-year degree.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Background in manufacturing supply chain operations, inventory control, or production planning.
• Experience creating dashboards, shortage trackers, and materials management reports.
