Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product development, formulation, or experimental lab work.
• 2+ years using AI/ML/data science tools in lab settings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI/ML methods (e.g., Bayesian optimization, cheminformatics, active learning) to guide experimental planning for adhesives and pressure-sensitive tapes.
• Perform hands-on formulation and testing (overlap shear, DMA, handling strength).
• Analyze data for insights.
• Develop and implement digital tools for experiment planning and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced R&D environment.
