Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and prepare materials according to work orders.
• Read, follow, and verify work orders to ensure products meet specifications.
• Accurately complete electronic Material Log sheets each shift.
• Change materials as required and properly identify and label all materials.
• Program, set up, operate, and monitor material handling systems including blenders, dryers, hoppers, and grinder evacuation units.
• Troubleshoot and correct common material and system-related issues.
• Perform daily moisture testing using a Max 4000XL Moisture Analyzer and document results.
• Unload bulk material trucks into designated silos following specific work instructions.
• Mix raw materials using correct formulas and weigh, document, and manage scrap materials.
