You will support our Operations team and customers by ensuring parts and customer orders flow efficiently to their final destination.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to learn an RF system.
- Proficient in forklift operation; stand‑up reach truck preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong work ethic.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Self‑starter who reacts professionally to different situations.
- Effective time and target management.
- Minimum of one year relevant warehouse experience.
Typical Day
- Ship and receive finished equipment and components.
- Accurately pull parts for production areas and stock them in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Oversee proper loading and handling of goods and materials.
- Maintain supplies and materials for shipments.
- Validate shipping materials and goods with packing slips.
- Complete all paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Inspect and document any damaged or discrepant goods and report findings to management.
- Monitor inventory records and file reports of discrepancies.
- Count or weigh parts to ensure quantity accuracy.
- Execute all safety procedures and standards related to storage and receipt of materials.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance safety, quality, or efficiency.
- Keep organized records of shipments, including freight charges on invoices.
- Provide parts and documentation as requested.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area through daily 5S and equipment upkeep.
Physical Demands
- Primarily medium duty; lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Requires sitting, standing and walking unassisted.
- Requires use of hands and fingers to handle tools or controls.
- Must talk and hear; normal corrected vision is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting rate for this role is $20.77 per hour. Compensation may vary based on training, experience, education, business needs, market demands, and location. Benefits include health, welfare, and retirement plans.
