Job summary

Emotiv is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead material operations across shipping, receiving, and production support in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will supervise material handlers, ensure on-time customer shipments, and maintain inventory control while supporting plant efficiency and cost objectives.

You will coordinate with production and planning teams to meet daily schedules, manage staffing and overtime, and ensure compliance with TS/IATF quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive
• Experience in logistics, shipping, and inventory control
• Knowledge of JIT/ISP systems and customer shipping requirements
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

The Role

• Ability to work in office and manufacturing plant environments
• Normal sitting, standing, and mobility throughout facility
• Exposure to plant conditions and potential spill response situations
• Up to 5% travel required
• Valid driver's license required
