Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. in Fort Worth is seeking a Transmission Material Specialist to manage storeroom inventory, receive and distribute materials, and maintain accurate records. The role requires hands-on warehouse activities and coordination with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing/inventory management, forklift certification, and proficiency with Excel, WMS, and Maximo. This is an in-person role with standard weekday hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years warehousing/inventory experience or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
• Certification to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day storeroom tasks: receiving, storing, issuing and returning materials, tools, and equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections for inventory accuracy
• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, per safety guidelines
• Order materials through Transmission project management software and support project closeout tasks
• Coordinate with warehouse and vendors to ensure timely receipt of materials and accurate delivery
• Collaborate with Lead and cross-functional teams to meet inventory demands and address discrepancies
• Maintain organized storeroom following 5S and lean practices
