Regal Rexnord is seeking a materials coordinator for an onsite role in Kentucky. You will coordinate staging of materials, manage finished goods, and perform ERP receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and ISO-compliant processes to ensure smooth manufacturing and shipping.

Candidates should have strong accuracy, good communication, and computer skills to read and follow instructions, prepare labels, and support packing and shipments.

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________

Purpose of Position

To coordinate the movement of all material throughout the manufacturing process. Includes raw material and finished goods for both the manufacturing process, distribution, packing and shipping.

Position Description

• Coordinate the staging of materials to support the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate the staging of all finished manufactured products.
• Perform all receiving functions in ERP system.
• Put asway and transact all purchased and manufactured items.
• Pull and issue all materials needed for manufacturing jobs, sales orders, transfers, etc.
• Perform all inventory transactions in ERP system as required.
• Perform daily cycle counts. Responsible for all inventory accuracy.
• Understand and comply with all ISO procedures and practices.
• Stencil and etch parts as required.
• Make labels for components and special customer requirements.
• Pack product and other related material for shipment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as directed.

Physical Requirements
