Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Material Schedule Planner to work with a premier manufacturing client in Moline, IL. You will plan and schedule manufacturing processes, coordinate shipments in SAP, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, strong organization, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Teams. SAP training is available; onsite work is expected on the specified shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extremely organized with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Intermediate Excel; comfortable with Outlook and Teams.
• Willing to learn SAP; prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule manufacturing processes for current production and service parts.
• Schedule production and service parts based on organizational needs.
• Create, coordinate, and track shipments using SAP.
• Support shipping activities and ensure timely delivery of complete goods and service shipments.
• Act as a key contact for shop floor issues, tracking parts, and updating stakeholders on timelines.
• Expedite production and purchased parts as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist in inventory integrity, administrative duties, and production department manpower planning.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams to manage daily tasks and communicate updates.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (1-uyear Contract)

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday, OT as needed

What’s a typical day as a Material Schedule Planner? You’ll be:

• Planning and scheduling manufacturing processes for current production and service parts.
  
• Scheduling production and service parts based on organizational needs.
  
• Creating, coordinating, and tracking shipments using SAP.
  
• Supporting shipping activities and ensuring timely delivery of complete goods and service shipments.
  
• Acting as a key contact for shop floor issues, tracking parts, and updating stakeholders on timelines.
