Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) that will support and be accountable for the full supply chain scope associated with STaRS (Strategic & Tactical Radar Solutions). This position will interact with the program office and all functions that support the material order placement process including supplier management, Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Acquisitions. The MPM will also manage all material needs / tasks tied to FEOTB (Front End of The Business) through execution of contract and closure. This position is also responsible for the proposal support, planning, quarterly EAC support, Sales forecasting for material, and supplier management collectively with Procurement / Commodity Teams to ensure that the program(s) have material to support schedule, cost, & quality needs and the financial business acumen for business.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
