Koch Engineered Solutions, a Koch company, is seeking a Materials Process Manager for our Scottsdale operation. This role integrates warehouse, inventory, fleet, and asset management to support safe, efficient project execution and regional logistics excellence.
You will partner with Logistics Strategy, Warehouse/Inventory Control, Fleet and Assets, Procurement, Construction/Operations, and project teams to improve visibility, readiness, utilization, and accountability across sites.
The Material Process Manager, Warehouse and Fleet leads the process discipline, standard work, and performance routines that connect warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet, assets, and material flow into a consistent logistics capability.
This role is responsible for strengthening how materials, equipment, fleet assets, warehouse processes, inventory controls, and operating systems support active projects and regional execution. The role partners with Logistics Strategy and Process, Warehouse/Inventory Control, Fleet and Assets, Procurement, Construction/Operations, and project teams to improve visibility, readiness, utilization, and accountability.
The Material Process Manager creates value by eliminating waste, improving assets and material readiness, reducing process variation, and helping the organization scale with consistent, repeatable logistics processes.
