Job description

Job Position: Material Prep Coordinator Location: Aurora,IL60502 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Job Shift 7:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday or OT if needed will work on Fridays Job Type Performance to Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Completes work orders based on production goals while maintaining a consistent and time-conscious pace.
• Keeps accurate records of production quantities and assembly duration.
• Enters accurate production information into NetSuite for labor tracking purposes.
• Takes precise measurements to ensure fit of product components.
• Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defects of parts to ensure accurate usable inventory levels.
• Uses airpower tools, clamps, punch presses, and other heavy equipment for the assembly of products.
• Understands quality control standards and reports any observed quality concerns related to parts or product.
• Follows safety standards as set forth by operating procedures.
• Must feel comfortable using a tablet for the work orders and using NetSuite and Delfoi.

Safety Equipment

• Wears mandatory safety gear including a safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Ability to use pallet jack.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions and follow established procedures.
