As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

  • Manage Inventory Health – Lead a Clear To Build forum, monitor inventory performance, safety stock, reorder points, excess inventory, and obsolete materials to balance supply continuity with inventory investment.
  • Own Supply Readiness – Partner with suppliers, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing teams to proactively identify supplier constraints, mitigate supply risks, and develop recovery plans for critical materials.
  • Collaborate Across Functions – Work closely with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Program Management to align material availability with production schedules and business priorities.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) – Coordinate material readiness for new product launches by partnering with Engineering, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure timely procurement and inventory availability.
  • Leverage ERP & Planning Systems – Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage material requirements, purchase recommendations, inventory planning, and supply planning while identifying opportunities to improve system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Performance – Track key performance indicators including material availability, inventory turns, supplier delivery performance, inventory accuracy, shortages, and material planning effectiveness while driving corrective actions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Develop scalable planning processes, reporting, and standard work that improve operational efficiency and support Crusoe's rapidly growing manufacturing footprint.
