  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate scheduling and materials reports to identify potential shipment issues, labor requirements, and inventory gaps.
  • System Integrity: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project data within the MRP system (Infor Visual Manufacturing).
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production review meetings with leadership, highlighting project status, delays, and workforce needs.
  • Operational Cooperation: Drive collaboration between Procurement, Materials Management, and Production to ensure lead times and warehouse levels are accurate.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and manage the 90‑day production outlook, identifying opportunities to refine the scheduling process and improve order fulfillment.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within metal or electrical manufacturing environments.
  • Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel/Sheets); ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Industry Understanding: Strong understanding of material flows and manufacturing processes.
