Thai Summit America Corporation seeks a capable supervisor to lead a manufacturing team. The role focuses on scheduling ship, press, assembly, and raw material activities to align with customer demand while enforcing company policies and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

You will coach associates, manage daily activities, and drive production efficiency, aiming to meet departmental goals and improve quality across shifts and functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required as minimum
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills essential
• Associates degree or pursuing one preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee and motivate the team to meet department goals
• Schedule ship, press, assembly and raw material activities to support JIT delivery
• Administer company policies consistently across the team
• Coach and solve problems to maintain productive relationships with Associates
• Plan daily and short-term activities to meet production needs
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials while promoting safety and quality
• Respond to Associate concerns and maintain a productive department culture
• Coordinate training and development of Associates as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and company programs
